Club Registration (Scheme)

The EH Holden Club of South Australia (EHHCSA) is a recognised motor vehicle club.

Requirements determined by the EHHCSA for entry to the Scheme:

1. Membership of the EHHCSA must be secured prior to access to the Scheme. Each registered owner must be a financial member.

2. An annual fee, in addition to membership fee, will apply to each vehicle. $10 for first vehicle and $5 for each subsequent vehicle.

3. The EHHCSA will only provide access to the Scheme for EH & EJ Holden owners.

4. Form "CR Vehicle Details" must be presented to a club authorised officer when applying for a MR334.

Completing this form will ensure, that at time of application for the MR334, you will have all relevant information with you.

5. At the time of application, provide a current copy of exemption certificate (if applicable) and registration papers.

6. If not presenting your vehicle at time of application for entry to the Scheme, you will need to provide the following set of 4 clear, recent photos, to [email protected] in advance of application.

a. One showing the front and one side.

b. One showing the rear and other side of vehicle.

c. One clearly showing the whole engine bay.

d. One showing the interior.

The club reserves the right to request a physical vehicle inspection, if photos provided are not satisfactory.

7. The EHHCSA reserves the right to the following,

a. To request a physical inspection of any vehicle registered on the Scheme through the EHHCSA.

b. To refuse entry to the Scheme to any vehicle it so chooses or considers does not comply with the Scheme Code of Practice.

Rules determined by the Scheme

1. If the owners’ membership of the EHHCSA lapses past 30th June annually, they must not allow the vehicle to be driven, until the owner is again financial, or the vehicle fully registered.

2. Present logbook at membership renewal, prior to 30th June annually, to an EHHCSA authorised officer, for update. Each logbook lasts 3 years and must then be replaced.

3. The onus is on the vehicle owner to ensure that they abide by the conditions of the Scheme, Code of Practice. A copy is available from the SA Gov website

4. If a vehicle on the Scheme is disposed of, the current owner must present the logbook to the EHHCSA for cancellation. The logbook must not be given to the new owner.

5. Vehicle owners who are changing membership from another club, to EHHCSA must have their current logbook cancelled by the issuing club. A new MR334 Scheme application must be issued by the EHHCSA. The old logbook must be presented to an EHHCSA authorised officer to determine the number of journeys already undertaken in the current registration year, these will be deducted from the 90 days available in the new book.

6. The date, brief journey details and drivers signature must be entered into the logbook prior to each journey commencing. A maximum of 90 days per registration year are available.
